The location of the hotel was convenient - around 10-15 minutes walk from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. The airport was 15 km away. I have just spent 2 days in double room with the detached bath, bathroom, a really nice view, and truly enjoyed it.
Definitely, there was lift missing.

The breakfasts here were marvellous and delicious with fresh fruit, vouchers redeemable in bakeries nearby, freshly cooked eggs. The location was convenient and handy, just off Santa Croce, and the train station and many wonderful squares.

Would recomand while travelling to Venice. We think it's an excellent home base for staying in Venice. The units are large, brand-new. The beds are very clean and the staff is wonderfully helpful and responsive. The location is convenient, just a short walk away from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

It was a perfect and excellent location so close to T Fondaco Dei Tedeschi, train/bus station and cruise terminal, and the water buses. The breakfast was marvellous exactly as I hoped, with freshly cooked eggs and juice, as for instance.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel! It was a such wonderful stay for arrangement. The breakfast was amazing and the food was freshly made. The staff were extremely helpful, magnificent and stunning location very close to Rialto bridge.

Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. The staff was attentive from arrival until we left. Its location in Venice was absolutely perfect, so close to a vaporetto station and many restaurants and places to eat, excellent restaurants nearby and the main areas. Besides, an ornate footbridge was just 1 km away.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Cozy base for short break in Venice. The venue is in a tourist area and within short walking distance to everything. Helpful staff of the property.
